Terms and conditions
The purpose of these general terms and conditions is to define the conditions under which the Max Milk Studio (MMS) online store (www.maxmilkstudio.com) provides online sales and ordering services to users. These general terms and conditions may be supplemented by specific conditions for specific titles. The Customer must always read the Distance Selling Instructions before placing an order.
Article 1 – Applicability and enforceability
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders. The placing of an order therefore implies the Customer’s full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. No specific condition may violate these General Terms and Conditions unless it has been formally accepted in writing by MMS. In the absence of express acceptance, any terms proposed by the Customer to the contrary will not be enforceable by MMS, regardless of when such terms were brought to the attention of MMS.
For the safety and certainty of the Customer, MMS reserves the right to request additional information from them and to refuse to fulfill an order without an adequate response. MMS may also refuse to fulfill an order if the customer intends to resell the product or if the order is placed by a minor. Although MMS pays great attention to the accuracy of information, this also applies when there is an obvious error in the description of a product or in the indication of its price on the website.
Article 2: Right of withdrawal
The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without having to justify his decision. This provision only applies to distance sales to consumers.
Returned items must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), packaged in the same packaging used for delivery, so that they can be re-sold.
If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal within the above mentioned period, only the price of the purchased product and the shipping costs will be refunded. The cost of returning the product remains the responsibility of the customer.
Steps:
- The ustomer must communicate his decision to withdraw in writing to our customer service department (maxmilkstudio@gmail.com) within 7 days of delivery.
- The return must be in its original condition and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for identification. Without this identification, the refund processing period will be extended.
- The right of withdrawal for merchandise randomly sold as a special edition/collector’s item/exclusive item/limited edition (or anything with the same meaning, depending on the manufacturer) applies to all merchandise in the order or to all orders of related merchandise.
- Must have the right to cancel the order, including promotional offers, including all offers in the payment process, the discounted portion of the discount we will not return, for example, the discounted settlement of X dollars, you actually paid X dollars, we will only refund that amount of X dollars, for the discount, will not be counted, no matter how much.

- When we receive the parcel from the customer at our head office, the refund will be made within no more than 14 days through their original payment method.
Article 3: Delivery
In-stock items will be processed and shipped from our head office within 24 working hours (excluding weekends, public holidays or notifications on the dashboard of this website). Delivery is usually by courier (usually UPS or FedEx).
Usually our products will be shipped from China, we will provide it to our customers via email or SMS at the first time after delivery, if you do not receive the notification within 3 days after the announced delivery date, please contact our customer service in time, we will try our best to deal with it for you.
When the delivery arrives at the pickup point, the customer can receive the notification that the package is available for pickup by showing his ID card. If the transit point chosen by the Customer is no longer available at the time of delivery or if the latter is saturated, MMS reserves the right to ship the order to the nearest available pick-up point.
If delivery is delayed due to.
The shipment has not been definitively accepted, the deadline for investigation is 15 working days. Under the terms of the latter, the parcel will either be delivered or deemed lost by the carrier and fully compensated by MMS by way of initial payment.
In the event of delayed delivery at the end of the 30-day period (excluding any investigations being carried out by the courier), your order may be refunded at your request within a maximum of 14 days after the expiry of the period by your initial method of payment The above delivery period.
If a parcel or item is damaged by the carrier on delivery, or if one or more items are missing on receipt of the parcel, the customer must send a reasonable complaint to our after-sales service at maxmilkstudio@gmail.com within 3 days Working days after receipt of the parcel. If the Customer refuses to take delivery or does not collect the parcel from the point of collection, the time required to return the parcel will be between 7 and 31 days, depending on the carrier and the country/region (for non-priority parcels). Returns will only be refunded once the parcel has been received at our head office, as is the case with the right of withdrawal.
For online pickup orders of items stocked at our headquarters, delivery to stores takes 72 business hours or 12 business days, depending on the point of sale. Delivery times for each store are indicated on each product sheet.
By accepting the General Terms and Conditions of MMS, the Customer also accepts the General Terms and Conditions.
Article 4: Payment
Payment must be made at the time of ordering, including reserved products. The Client may cancel the reservation (excluding processing) by contacting our Customer Service (maxmilkstudio@gmail.com), but only within 48 hours of the successful placement of the order and with the benefit of a full refund through their initial payment method.
By verifying payment, the customer declares that they have read our general terms and conditions.
Placing an order (payment) means that the customer accepts these general terms and conditions expressly and without reservation. No particular condition may violate these general terms and conditions unless it has been formally accepted in writing by MMS. In the absence of express acceptance, any contrary terms submitted by the Customer will not be enforceable by MMS, whenever brought to the latter’s attention.
MMS accepts the following payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, WesternUnion, Debit Card and PayPal.
Article 5: Prices
Prices listed on the www.maxmilkstudio.com website are in Euros and are inclusive of all taxes (including VAT).
For countries/regions within the European Union, national carriers may require payment of customs duties.
Two promotions on the same item are not cumulative and the highest discount is automatically applied at the time of payment.
Article 6: Availability
We can accept orders while supplies last. We will inform the customer of the availability of the item being sold on the information page of each item. If, despite our best efforts, an item is out of stock, we will notify the customer by e-mail as soon as possible. In the event of permanent unavailability, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer will be refunded within 14 days via their original method of payment.
For special editions/collector’s items/exclusive items/limited editions (or any significant and identical name, depending on the manufacturer), MMS reserves the right to limit orders to one item per customer. MMS also reserves the right to cancel one or more orders if the manufacturer does not provide sufficient stock.
www.maxmilkstudio.com (this website) deals only with B2C. With this in mind, we reserve the right to cancel without prior notice any abusive order that exceeds the predefined quota of special/collectible/exclusive/limited edition items (or any denomination with the same meaning, depending on the manufacturer).
Article 7: Legal Protection
All goods sold by MMS Online are covered by a two-year legal warranty, which covers only known defects existing at the time of delivery of the goods. This does not cover:
Any direct or indirect damage that occurs after the delivery of the item (oxidation, vibration, dropping, etc.).
Replacement of components or accessories that require periodic renewal.
Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, accidents and natural disasters.
Defects clearly caused by negligence, mishandling, poor maintenance, abnormal use or use not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Non-conformities must be reported within two months of discovery.
Any replacement requests for refunds or reimbursements must be sent to our customer service department (maxmilkstudio@gmail.com). In the event of intervention by a third party other than those specified by MMS, the warranty entitlement will be canceled.
This warranty covering compliance defects applies to the product itself and not to certain types of plastic/protective cardboard used by the manufacturer to protect it from impact.
For cardboard packaging of certain items, embossing, creases and color variations are not covered by the legal warranty. This also applies to any millimeter defects that may occur in the packaging after it has left the factory due to handling and transportation.
If a customer receives a defective item, they must contact our customer service department by e-mail and send a photo of the defect found.
MMS will then organize a return, exchange or refund (depending on the stock status of the item).
Article 8: Refunds
Refunds of Products in the cases described in Articles 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which the Customer has exercised the request or right and the Customer’s bank file is complete.
Refunds will always be made by the original method of payment, unless this is not possible. In the latter case, the refund will be made by bank transfer upon receipt of the Customer’s bank details.
Benefits obtained when the purchase is canceled and reimbursed will be canceled.
Article 9: Applicable law and disputes
This contract is governed by law.
